How to Gain a Good Self-Esteem – the Easy Way
Sometimes the simplest, yet seemingly strangest ways in helping ourselves to get us out of our “funk”, really do work. Recently I attended a session on EFT and have since utilized it, and lo and behold it works! ~ Jenn
Need more self-esteem? I thought so.
Just about all of us would like to see some degree of improvement in the way we perceive ourselves. If only there was a magic pill that would make us feel bold, smart, rich, beautiful, and cute all at the same time. Yet, this priceless treasure called self-esteem seems to be elusive and volatile.

A Drop In The Ocean
“We sometimes feel that what we do is just a drop in the ocean, but the ocean would be less because of that missing drop.” ~ Mother Teresa
One of the reasons that we get intimidated by the process of living, is that we think our part is not grand enough.
After all, the movers and shakers featured in the media are usually pretty big and powerful. We hear about philanthropists such as Bill Gates who spends millions to find a cure for malaria, or larger-than-life personalities like Oprah who has touched the lives of millions more with her daily show.

If You Knew Everything Was…
Here is today’s inspirational quote…
“If you knew everything was really all right, and that it always has a happy ending, then you would not feel trepidacious about your future. Everything is really so very all right! If you could believe and TRUST that, then, immediately everything would automatically and instantly become all right.”

The Power of Breathing
“When you breathe, you inspire. When you do not breathe, you expire.” ~Quote from an 11-year-old’s science exam
John Grinder, co-creator of NLP talks about the link between respiration, physiology, internal state and high performance. He calls this ‘the chain of excellence’. I recently read a book by Osho, the wonderfully non-PC mystic and guru. In the book, Osho instructed the reader to pay attention to their breathing rate when they were sad, and notice the timing of the in-breath and out- breath. He explained that next time they were happy, they could re-induce the sad state by merely repeating the breathing pattern. Fortunately, he added, it works the other way round too! Follow some or all of these exercises:

The Fog of Transition
Much of my coaching is spent helping people in transition make decisions regarding the next phase of their lives. Some of them are looking for their next professional path. Some are trying to figure out relationship issues, and others are wondering if they really could achieve a long-held dream. The decisions that my clients make around these issues are obviously important ones, yet making decisions in the middle of a life transition can sometimes be a little complicated.

God Is Talking, Are You Listening?
As a personal coach for over a decade, I’ve come to realize that one of the ways I can add value to my clients’ lives is by helping them to identify the blocks or obstacles that often prevent them from receiving the gift of wisdom that God is constantly offering us.
While it’s true that tapping into our inner wisdom is a powerful means of bringing clarity to our lives, there’s another resource many people fail to fully tap into, in large part because we have constructed mental roadblocks that prevent us from clearly hearing the wisdom from other people.
